I think I spent a bit too much time in the gym this week. Very sore today. But hey, what's winter for, right? Romanian Deadlifts are a great complement to squats, which while being a great leg exercise, do absolutely nothing for your hamstrings. Balance is always important.

I had a great fishing session yesterday. 7 skippy (silver trevally), 8 Australian herring and a tarwhine. That's dinner sorted for the next few nights. How's that for self su-fish-ency?😆

New milestone on the king of exercises. First time squatting 130kg (that's 286 lb for the Americans). Hit all my 12 reps without too much difficulty. I wonder if I can get to 140kg this year. Might need to buy some more plates 😁
