Gotta go with the first Kendrick song my now 23 year old son introduced me to when he was about 13, King Kunta. I can’t not move when that song is on.

I am currently in a similar situation. I realize that the person who hurt me just doesn’t get that she hurt me. She isn’t evolved enough to understand the complexities and really doesn’t care to understand. But, it is hard to come to this realization and move my heart forward. Thanks for sharing.

Back in the day my kid’s (now 23 and 20) favorite movie was George of the jungle. It was on repeat for a long time and I did not mind! What a hottie! 😉😁 BUT I recently watched The Whale. That movie brought up so many emotions, so many important themes addressed. I wept. He deserved that Oscar.

It made me smile and chuckle! Thank you for that. Those things don’t happen often for me, as of late. 🙂
