You can’t argue facts with people who lie and make up their own in order to increase their power. These people are authoritarian and need to be removed from power before we turn into Iran and Russia.

The only thing that will bring down housing costs in cities is to build a lot more housing of every type. One bedroom apartments, dense townhomes, multi unit townhomes, midrise condos with 3+ bedrooms, etc.
