A little goal reflection in light of Autumn.

September. My birthday, reading Tolkien, introspective days, finding autumn despite a lingering summer.

August. Another couple of museum but closer to home, with neon signs and art! Visits to talk to animals at the zoo and the farm.

July. A trip to Cleveland, seeing Caravaggio and Monet, vinyl shopping, reading and Summerween!

I abandoned this space months ago but thought it might be fun to come back — I’ve got a few little collages to highlight July, August and September and even a Substack post to share… sound okay?

did I hear something about a photo sharing app from the developers at @bsky.app -- I am living for the idea of a new platform!

Posting about Maid-Rite on my personal Instagram today… of course it’s not really about sandwiches.

But in case you’re wondering:
They make these “loose meat” sandwiches that come with mustard, pickle and onion and have been around since the mid 1930s.

That’s me in the middle and a bunch of things that relate to me, so this app (and people on it like me) can figure me out… are we supposed to use hashtags or what? Is the fact that I’m old showing? 👀

thrilled to be giving this a go — was ready for a change.
