We had a (thankfully) uneventful journey to Minneapolis, and banged out two thirds of the dishes we're cooking for the big Christmas Day party two hours after arrival. 💪 Then we crashed hard, slept well, and are now getting ready for Christmas Eve Brunch at my SIL's.

I took a stroll down memory lane last night and rolled around in Akame fic. And like, after five years of basically only 🥺🥰 Wangxian it was an Experience to be back with a pairing that had a plausible period of angry!sex 😅 It's like suddenly remembering how tasty a splash of vinegar can be. ❤️

- On arrival day I used a travel admin word I'd only seen on Renshuu so far, where I'd been not sure if I'm learning the right context on Renshuu, and it turned out correct and I think I will now permanently remember it. 💪
