It's subjective really, you think disrespect equals harm. I think harm has to have real world consequences and so unintentional disrespect doesn't meet the bar for me, especially when the disrespect if over capitalization.

Ah so you see what you just did there? You had to change your complaint to make it seem like I'm doing something worse than what you originally said. Your original claim that I was being disrespectful was far more defensible than this assertion that I'm causing harm by not capitalizing a word.

I'm lazy that's for sure, but the reason I don't capitalize it is because I just don't think about it in the moment. No disrespect is intended.

You're reading implications in my statements that I'm not intending to be there. That happens to people all the time, it's a very common mistake on the internet.

I have to apply to at least three different jobs a week to keep my aide. I apply to much more than that. The issue I'm running into is that most of the job listings are fake or were filled the day after they were posted and just never taken down.

It's not my community, it's our community and I agree that racists being exclusionary is a problem. I just disagree with the notion that you fix that problem by leaving the community.

I'm actually not being racist. So far the only things I've said is that isolated minority groups are more vulnerable, that we shouldn't fight black people who want to isolate themselves, that the data supports my position, and that I'm not racist.

I don't care what word you use to describe it. What I mean is biases based on race. Use whatever word you wanna use.

Racial biases absolutely increase in homogenous groups. If you don't want to call it racism then fine, it only matters that you understand what I mean.

Many others have in this thread have made the implication that black people chose segregation back in the day but not me. I've been very consistent by saying that the original segregation was done against their will. And that this new separation is being advocated for by black people.
