The episode that’s sticks with me was where John died and the episode just ended with silence and no music. Heartbreaking. Storyline I’ve found hardest to listen to was Helen and Rob - I nearly stopped listening because it was so hard to hear.

I love this book. There are so many recipes I have cooked on repeat plus the text is wonderful. It’s in my top three recipe books for definite. I love the bit where you talk about diets and say don’t beat yourself up if you have a bad day. Just move on. Very sensible advice.
