1) Have an attacking philosophy
2) Prioritise results even if that means adapting in certain situations (eg gamestate, injuries, opposition etc)
3) Demonstrate an effort to connect with club and supporters (They don’t have to be a lifelong fan, but they can still embrace the job in a certain way)

Yeah you’re right, Klopp achieved something special beyond the football and created a genuine bond with the fans. Under current ownership I’m at peace with not competing for titles year on year but what is imperative is having a coach who can…

I’m under no illusions that the main issue at this club is not Ange. However the decisions made in recent weeks by him have made it harder for this squad to compete than necessary.

…approach. Ange doesn’t care about the club. Levy doesn’t (the biggest problem here). We deserve better as fans but Ange’s legacy is bringing back the right sort of football, just a shame he couldn’t behave like a grown up. Wrote an article not too long ago and he hasn’t fixed any of the issues…

…rather than encourage. The injury crisis is real but his stubbornness is incredibly unprofessional. The only reason to not get rid of him yet is because the thought of Mason as caretaker is even worse. The solution has to be a manager with an attacking philosophy but a more pragmatic…

I admire your optimism but respectfully disagree about backing the manager. His handling of the last few weeks has been disappointing and it’s clear he values his ego far more than the club and supporters. His body language in the dugout is a shambles and if he gets animated it is to berate…
