The second stop on my Texas BBQ tour is the famed Louie Mueller.
I got their beef “dino” rib, brisket, burnt ends and sausage. The beef rib was definitely my favorite with its fall-off-the-bone tenderness and its strong smoke flavor from bark to bone.
