At a meeting Monday, the senior project manager for the Red Line said Camp North End looks like a stop CATS would recommend to move forward. The MTC ultimately has final say. Of note, the Red Line map has been updated with Camp North End on the project's webpage

Right now there is no scenario where light rail is built to Matthews.

The Red Line will be the first priority. The $1.38 billion project is expected to take 9 years to build. It’s commuter rail from Uptown to LKN.

CLTCC will discuss transit at its retreat this week.
