The main consequence is Russia will lose all its refineries in short order. This will cause its economy to fully collapse. Russian soldiers will stop getting paid and leave Ukraine. Ukraine will reclaim all of its land and Russia will devolve into genocidal Civil War. The world will laugh at Russia.

Kazakhstan is finally taking the sanctions seriously. Every truck is being inspected and drones and other war components are being confiscated.

This will translate into even more weakness for the Russian front line. It's great!

It seems Russians really were clinging onto the hope that the US was going to attack Ukraine and help Russia win.

I went for a walk around my neighborhood a little bit ago. Hindu next door neighbor, black single dad backdoor neighbor, disabled Jewish woman my other next door neighbor. I could go on. I talk with any and all of them each time I see them. Some I even shovel their driveways when it snows.

I'm not justifying what ICE is doing. They should be abolished and prosecuted.

I'm pointing out the irony that it's Christian on Christian violence. ICE thinks their work is in keeping with the teachings of Jesus. That should give anyone that believes in Christianity real pause at the very least.

I think anyone that gives aide and comfort to a religion that has done unspeakable evil deserves to be punished.

There's hope that this could be a moment of awakening for these religious leaders and faith activists. "My religion is being used as justification for evil, mabye I should leave it?"

I don't support ICE and I don't support what they're doing.

This is like the thinnest silver lining of all this that some Christians are being forced to look at the hypocrisy. ICE thugs think they're doing what Jesus would want. Those people shooting others for fun think they're good Christians.
