That’s a long story isn’t it? But I’m excited to return to streaming and I’m honestly glad to be able to do it quicker than expected! Stay tuned for the schedule later! (5/5)

Because why the fuck would I not just try to be myself, right? I think this would make for a more fun stream to watch and a less mentally taxing experience for myself. So if you notice some differences in the next few streams it’s because I’m working on this for myself. (4/5)

On another note I have realized what was causing so much burnout, which is that I have a tendency to “mask” a lot on stream. I spend a lot of energy while live on not cursing, not speaking in a way I normally speak in... So I want to kind of try and allow myself to let that go a bit. (3/5)

I will be posting my schedule on here and in my Discord later today.
In terms of games I’ve decided to move back to one of my old formats, which is two single player playthroughs of one larger game and a smaller game. My picks for next week are Kirby and the Forgotten Land and Party Hard! (2/5)

Dying Fetus – Alcatraz Festival – August 8th
I’ve said it before, Dying Fetus is something special. Their name may be dumb but there is simply no other band like them in a live setting. Every single set they play is a highlight of whatever year it was in, and obviously this was no exception.

Omnium Gatherum – Tivoli Vredenburg – January 16th
This show was a little special. It is no secret that my favourite melodeath album of all time is Beyond by Omnium Gatherum. And for this tour they decided to play that album in its entirety! And it was simply amazing from start to finish.

F.K.Ü. – Into The Grave – June 14th
June 14th was just an incredible day wasn’t it? F.K.Ü. is one of my favourite bands of all time, yet I had never seen them live because they rarely tour outside of Sweden. Finally the day has come! This was the best set of the weekend for me!

Insanity Alert – Into The Grave – June 14th
Insanity Alert is just too good. They never change and I hope it stays that way. Their style of crossover thrash is my favourite in the genre and all the silly props and stage banter from their singer, Heavy Kevy, never gets old.

Tailgunner – Into The Grave – June 15th
The biggest surprise of the year for me. I was not familiar with them before this festival but when they started playing I immediately knew this was going to be good. In a lot of ways it felt like I was watching Iron Maiden in their prime.

Anaal Nathrakh – Stonehenge Festival – July 27th
I had been waiting for years to see this band live and finally it happened. It was worth the wait, because they put on the best set of the festival by far. And on top of that the best black metal set I’ve seen this year.

Coffin Feeder – Alcatraz Festival – August
8th
Coffin Feeder was one of my favourite new discoveries from 2024, and this year they kept up that energy at Alcatraz Festival. I'm usually not a fan of supergroups but this one works for me!

Avulsed – Alcatraz Festival – August 10th
This was my second time seeing Avulsed but I couldn’t really remember much from the first time back in 2018. So I wasn’t expecting too much. Then they hit the stage with an energy I hadn’t seen from an old school death metal band in a very long time.

Atra Vetosus – Willemeen – February 1st
Atra Vetosus doesn’t come to Europe very often, so when they do I have to take the opportunity. They are pretty much my favourite band in this specific style of atmospheric black metal. This show was great as expected, just like the first time I saw them!

Evil Invaders – Alcatraz Festival – August 7th
Evil Invaders is my favourite band of all time. No surprise to see them in this list. This show was fantastic as always. The energy they put out on stage is unmatched.
