In 'Die Hard' (1988), Hans Gruber is trying to steal bearer bonds worth $640 million- that would be $1.75 billion in 2025.

Cristoph Waltz was in Frankenstein, and now he's in a Dracula? What's next? Wolfman? Mummy? Creature form the black lagoon?

Wow, 'Parable of the Sower' is a solid choice, but I think I'd go for my dog-eared 30-plus-year-old copy of Larson's classic 'The Far Side Gallery 3'.

'Santa Claus Conquers the Martians' (1966) is surprisingly dark and tense!

Moreover, ICE must be destroyed

Why am I so against generative AI in games?

Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

If I drank myself stupid and accidentally got a Nazi tattoo in Croatia, I like to think I'd get it covered or removed as soon as I sobered up and someone said "hey man you got some Nazi shit on you".

Pretty soon we're going to need AIs to help us determine if something we saw online was generated by AI.

If you're a Dutch TV producer looking for something to turn into a prestige limited series you could do worse than Johanna van Veen's 'My Darling Dreadful Thing'.
