I was disagreeing with you. Pete Hegseth personal phone did not become a government coms platform simply due to his illegal actions. You can’t say he has no expectation of privacy on his personal device based on how GFE is handled.

This is not a serious problem, you are not a serious person, and this whole issue could be resolved by simply helping everyone instead of trying to means test something that is literally a zero cost accommodation. “What if non-disabled people use the wheelchair ramp?” is just soft sell eugenic crap.

Ok. The AUMF granted executive authority to conduct a variety of strikes and military actions against individuals associate with 9/11, consistent with section 5(b) of the War Powers Resolution. Administrations since then have used it to justify a variety of actions, and there has been a range of 1/2
