A Supreme Court, ⅓ of whose members he unjustifiably appointed. Scalia dies, 342 days remain of Obama's 2nd term. Senate Republicans never allowed Garland a hearing; TOO close to an election. RBG died on Rosh Hashanah with a dying wish to wait 'til after 2020's election in ~6½ weeks; Trümp appoints.

With his recent accusation of Rep. Smalwell (D-CA) of mortgage fraud joining other perceived foes, it's outrageous considering Trümp's own behavior as well as 3 members of his own administration. It's totally rules for thee, but not me with Trümp & his minions.
