When individuals start doubting their own perceptions, that’s not a personal failure. It’s a predictable outcome of living in a society where information is filtered to serve concentrated power. Hopelessness, in that sense, is not a psychological condition, it’s a political achievement.

I don’t mind losing people if it means holding on to myself. It’s not easy letting go of connections, but over time, it’s become clear to me that preserving my peace, my integrity, and my sense of purpose matters more than keeping people around who can’t meet me where I truly am.
