Muddstah’s $50 slot was Simulacrum Synthesizer. Three mana, makes Constructs the size of your regrets, and doesn’t care where the artifacts came from. If you don’t answer it, you’re dead. Simple as that.

At $20 I picked Victimize in the Special Guest frame. Regular copies are fifty cents, but this art is gorgeous and already pushing $20. That’s your signal. Casual staple + unique version = slow climb forever.

Muddstah went with Descent into Avernus at $10. It ramps everyone and burns everyone. That’s not downside, that’s speed. It’s like a Sonic card. Gotta go fast, gotta go dead.

My $5 pick was Druid of Purification. This card basically says: “Hey everyone, want to blow up stuff that isn’t mine?” It’s removal, politics, and a secret handshake to shift blame. Criminally underplayed for the price.
