Today's reparations movement is impossible to imagine without the luminary leadership of Queen Mother Moore kept the flame alive because she knew nothing less could help our nation heal.

Eager to read @drashleyfarmer.bsky.social's upcoming biography.

Reparations are about restoring communities across the nation and empowering cities to invest in the people our policies abused. Across the nation, reparations are gaining increased traction at the local and state level. Shout out to:

So, I have read David Brooks for a long time. His article America Needs a Mass Movement Now struck a nerve and I wrote him a letter.

For Part III of the Rebirth Series, detail the different visions embodied between the Reagan Revolution and the Dream of MLK.

We cannot understand where we are as a nation without understanding that when embraced Reagan we rejected King.

But all that aside, the 1619 Project resulted in a book that included work by prominent, prize-winning scholars like Tiya Miles, Matt Desmond, Khalil Gibran Muhammed, Martha Jones, Carol Anderson, Anthea Butler, etc etc as well as some historically-minded Pulitzer Prize winning reporters.

Wanted to send a huge shout out to my wife and her colleagues who have been feeding hungry people from all walks of life regardless of their ability to pay through the Table in the Portland neighborhood for almost 10 years now.

Deeply grateful

Reading Audley Moore's story has me thinking again of the responsibility we have to our children in times like this.
