The Commander in Chief is not a member of the military by design. Military service is not required to be president…by design. Just because one idiot isn’t suited for his duties and responsibilities doesn’t mean the system is bad. The people elected him, that’s where the problem started.

Plus, Trump started $400 million ahead and has multiple investments going at the same time. And as history has taught everybody BUT Trump, his strategy always ends in doom - bankruptcy!

down to a few hundred thousand and thinks that’s going to work for people. So on a $100 million building he could end up with $5 million, easy! But for an everyday American with one house, to end up with $50,000 maybe after 40 or 50 years and no place to live would be a disaster.

and use it to pay interest only on another project. Then when principal payments start on the previous loan, he pays that as long as he can until he defaults. Hopefully, the building has appreciated enough where he can sell it and get out with a profit. So he’s shrinking his strategy with $ millions

Almost all of you misunderstand what Trump is doing here. This’ll be a short thread so bear with me…when Trump invests in the construction of a 50 story building, he’s trying to get interest only and a payback period for as long as he can. Because he’ll take the money he’s not paying on principal

BTW…I’m in commercial banking and I deal with these assholes all the time, so I KNOW what I’m talking about. Just Google “Frank Sinito Centennial Building”. This is how they all operate.

Trump learned this in commercial real estate, where he’d pay deferred interest only for 10 years if he could get those terms. “Principal” was the banks’ problem. These CRE developers are almost all warped. If only middle America knew the mentality of the person they elected.

Ask any regular muslim if they support an American’s right to draw Allah as a goody cartoon character, or if they think death is too harsh a penalty for apostasy or blasphemy, or if they’d be fine with a homosexual son. You’d be surprised how they’d follow every tenet in their instruction manual.

I don’t know what was worse as a 4 year old: watching my dad beat the shit out of my mom, or her beating the shit out of me until I was old enough to defend myself. Although I admit I’d get some satisfaction watching him beat the shit out of her just once more for old times’ sake.

I work in banking, heavily regulated and tied to the actions of the US Treasury, and I cannot believe how this country is being robbed in broad f’ing daylight. EVERYTHING Republicans do is just cover for their grand larceny so you won’t pay attention or care.
