🚨 To summarize:

Trump is allowed to argue for dismissal.

Sentencing is delayed for now.

The case is still active, and this is NOT a final resolution.

Stay tuned for updates as we head into December’s motion filings. 🕵️‍♂️

Trump’s sentencing—originally scheduled for Nov. 26, 2024—has been adjourned.

🚨 This doesn’t mean he won’t be sentenced, but it’s been temporarily delayed until the court rules on the motions.

The court has postponed its decision on another motion Trump filed under CPL § 330.30(1).

This motion likely addresses legal issues post-conviction or pre-sentencing. The court will review this after receiving the required filings.

A motion schedule has been set:

Trump must submit his motion by Dec. 2, 2024.

The prosecution (NY District Attorney) must respond by Dec. 9, 2024.

The court will NOT accept additional replies after these filings.

Trump’s request to file a motion to dismiss the charges under CPL § 210.40 has been granted.

🚨 Important: This doesn’t mean the charges are dismissed. It simply allows him to argue why the case should be dismissed. The court will decide after reviewing the filings.

The bottom line:

Support Ukraine or let them rearm—it’s that simple. Silence on this debate isn’t an answer. Let’s stop pretending we can ignore this. If you oppose funding Ukraine, be ready to explain why they shouldn’t defend themselves through strength.
November 21, 2024 at 4:36 AM
Why this matters:

Our commitments matter. Breaking them undermines not just Ukraine, but global stability. Either we honor the Budapest Memorandum with financial and military support—or we accept a world where countries like Ukraine must arm themselves for survival.

To those opposing aid:

You don’t want to send money, yet you won’t support Ukraine defending itself with nukes. What’s your plan? Leaving Ukraine vulnerable invites further Russian aggression and destabilizes Europe. The U.S. cannot afford to signal weakness on the global stage.
November 21, 2024 at 4:36 AM
The bigger picture:

Abandoning Ukraine risks global chaos. It signals to countries like Iran or North Korea that nuclear weapons are the only path to security. A nuclear Ukraine might stabilize the region, but it risks triggering a global arms race.

A nuclear Ukraine?

If we stop funding Ukraine, the logical solution is to allow them to defend themselves. A nuclear arsenal would deter Russia and create a stalemate. Isn’t that the essence of “peace through strength”?
November 21, 2024 at 4:36 AM
Why the silence?

MAGA and many in the GOP complain about sending money to Ukraine. But here’s a question: If you don’t want to fund them, why not let them rearm? Let Ukraine have nukes to defend itself.
When I say this, the conversation often goes silent. Why is there no response?
November 21, 2024 at 4:36 AM
What’s at stake?

Ukraine disarmed for peace. If we abandon them now, the message to the world is clear: giving up nukes is a mistake. This undermines global trust in disarmament and encourages other nations to pursue nuclear weapons as their only reliable defense.

TL;DR: These tariffs hurt before they help. We’d face higher prices, supply chain disruptions, job losses, and a weakened economy immediately. Manufacturing takes years to recover—if it even does. Tariffs hurt first, and recovery isn’t guaranteed. 🚨 #Economics #Tariffs

Global Isolation 🌍

Imposing tariffs on all imports damages our relationships with allies. It pushes them to trade more with rivals like China. The U.S. risks isolating itself economically and politically in the long term.
