It's definitely a balancing act. How do you incentivize play if you don't offer bonuses/reduced requirements? But what is too much of a bonus, and what is too much for normal play?

I don't have an immediate answer, but I do know that fully powering up Pokémon feels like a drain on resources.

Low attack means you can level up higher, which equates to a higher overall stat product. Sometimes, higher attack can help you win certain matchups, but generally speaking, low attack is preferred.

Individual Value. They're the stats you get when your team leader evaluates your Pokémon. Generally speaking, for Great League and Ultra League, you want low Attack and the other stats to be high, whereas for Master, you want 100%.
