A good rule in life is to always have a back up. Have a memorable birthday my friend. Enjoy!

Couldn't agree more! They were all over the map trying to stay relevant, but it was not to be. Had a few interesting tunes. Belinda Carlisle of the Go Go's got them a contract as a condition when they were signed by a label. They were all buds. I needed friends like that, it wasn't to be either :)

All we can do, brother... it will have to be! May not be your cup of tea, but Google the Smithereens. A New Jersey bar band I liked back in the early 80's. Try Blue Period first and if it works for you try A Girl Like You. I like sappy shit sometimes!

Thanks for sharing, Richard. I always vote. I fought for the right and for this country. Now... it's all I can do!!

Beautiful! Reminds me that we're all headed in the same direction. Make sure to engage and have some fun along the way.

Trump has/had a facination with her a while back, most likely due to her support of his insane ideas. Apparently, being a nut job equates to heavy social media coverage in this land. We're hanging our hats on the midterm elections as opposed to congress doing its job. We'll see. Happy Tuesday!

We have an assortment of lunatics to choose from over here, Richard. A little something for everyone it seems.

Yes, we are NOW a great pain in everyone's ass...

Of course, Josey Wales! Hadn't thought of that one this morning. Should be on the Top 10 Westerns list, too. We came up during a grand moment in time. Great music, cinema and engines!! Built a few cars back in the day. My favorite was a 73 Buick Century. Crazy fast and powerful when I finished.

Always an Eastwood fan... since Wagon Train! Loved Gran Torino which was a depature from the Western genere. The fact that I had a Gran Torino may have swayed me as well. Loved those cars. 351 Cleveland engine with lots of juice. Pefect for zipping through Sawston :)

Indeed he was. He portrayed evil masterfully. A damn shame the way he went out.

Speaking of the duck... ever seen Unforgiven with Clint Eastwood and Richard Harris as "English Bob"?
February 6, 2026 at 12:53 AM
It's an omen I tell you... the duck has found its way to you again. You are blessed and on the way to mellow!
February 6, 2026 at 12:47 AM
The chain of custody was broken... they can claim what they want and/or edit...
February 5, 2026 at 12:22 AM
Once again, the duck has found its way back to you. It's an omen. You henceforth shall bear the title of... the Grand Duck of Sawston!! Congratulations M'lord...

I'll fly over and put my ass on it for a beer!

Now if they would crawl up on the roof and paint the chimneys it would be perfect!!

It's the decade of ignorant...

This is America, not Nam 50 plus years ago. Besides, that was our thing, get your own fucking calling card bitches...

Yeah... who's law?
January 29, 2026 at 2:05 AM
Another fucking moron in a parade...
January 27, 2026 at 1:31 AM
Love those birds, Cap. Especially the landings...
January 27, 2026 at 1:26 AM
Yes, we have that, too. Especially the guns part. We have more than enough seasoned combat vets to field if we can organize properly. I hope it doesn't come to that. A military coup doesn't seem plausible given the consequences of failure and the OPSEC issue in planning. How do you keep that quiet?
January 24, 2026 at 4:30 PM
All we got, brother.
