My prewar coop in BK is embroiled in a debate about replacing our boiler vs installing gradient units. Because LL97's fines don't really kick in until 2050 there's not a lot of motivation for current tenants to foot the bill and roll the dice on relatively new tech vs spending less on a new boiler.
