Actually, not really, this character was never given an official canon name. Fans have given this character unofficial names like Minerva, or in this case, Vanessa. Which is what most fans call her. I do wish she comes back in a future season. We did see her make a cameo in mission zero.

He’s from a Disney xd show called Randy Cunningham 9th Grade Ninja. Fun fact, the creator of Invader Zim supplied the character designs for the show.
