I hit the good ol' 31 today and the GF nabbed this sick ass Sonic poster from NY ComicCon this year for me. It was illustrated by the wonderful @yardleyart.bsky.social whom currently contributes to the Sonic IDW Comics. Had to put it in a nice gold frame. Also a cute Yoko Littner sticker to boot.

For those who has a Retrotink 2x Pro of some kind, how the hell do you open the shell up without absolutely destroying it? The part that takes the mini USB-C to power it on popped right off the motherboard and I need to put it back into place somehow.

I have that exact same CRT! It's fantastic. It served me well when I needed it for speedruns back in 2019.

It genuinely feels good getting runs like these where I actually feel like I have a shot at WR again.
But at the same time it feels bad when these runs take a nose dive.

Like in the Sirfetch'd deck that I have, it's just an excuse to use my favorite Pokemon Hitmontop. The Hitmontop on the left is so much cooler/better, but it's out of rotation, so I'd be stuck with the sauceless/gets-no-bitches Hitmontop on the right if I played in the Standard format.

Last month I had no idea on how to play the Pokemon TCG + no interest in playing it. Then I bought one booster pack for ol' times sake, pulled an EX full art, got the high, then decided to learn the game and ended up brain storming 3 full decks so far. I should probably play the game eventually.
