Good luck with the steroids! I had the same ones a couple years ago to get things under control. They were fine for me, just got the odd pimple and felt more "awake" in the daytime which was kinda fun. Like having a coffee, minus the coffee

Ahh gotcha! Right that's good! My meds are immunosuppressants which is definitely a big con 😢. But I'm glad they're just daily tablets, nice and easy 👍🏻.

Also been prescribed daily Mesalazine since I was diagnosed. Again they're just tablets, but they're as big as grapes 😅

I personally haven't needed to change my diet really, but I try to get enough fibre.

Colonoscopies are a trip 😂. I had a sedative but still watched the screen. The anesthetic made me really giggly and the doctor had to tell me to stop laughing because it was moving things around too much 🙈

Same here, friend! Had it almost 5 years now. I've been through a few medications because my immune system eventually tried to fight them all off, but landed on Filgotinob and it's been working for a while now 👍🏻. I'm grateful bc others have it waaaay worse.

I love those little encounters with critters. They make it easier to stay in the moment. Near my place there's some bunnies I recently discovered, and in the evening there's foxes, hedgehogs and bats 🥰🥰🥰
