I'm starting to just say out loud "why are you yelling" to anyone/anything that is forcing me to listen to them/it. #Schnucks just updated their self checkout so that you can no longer mute the annoying, crazy loud voice. So now, I say "why are you yelling at me" loudly to it every time.

Yup. Make people desperate, and the hope is they'll follow you. They're running a playbook from before the Internet existed, though, so it's going to be a lot harder for them to blame all the death and starvation on the "other" when we are all sharing videos of them saying they want us to die.

So the people causing the shutdown are getting paid. The people keeping the country running don’t.

And Speaker Mike Johnson won’t let the House come back to work. So basically they’re on a paid vacation while Americans miss paychecks.
