Yeah!! The families were consulted about the musical and I believe have seen it- the Montagu, Bevan and Leggatt families all approved of the musical- and assisted in providing pictures to the larger programme! They talk more abt the real people in there, and acknowledge their differences x

The families (I believe the momtagus bevans but correct me if I’m wrong) approved of the musical version so I’d say it’s pretty alright!! Historically accurate? Not 100%, but were there funk-dancing nazis and a female Montagu?I feel accuracy is less of an issue with the stage than with the film :)
