Fast-forward 10 years: I’m now co-owner of 8D | Research + Design + Impact, leading an incredible team of social designers with a research mindset. We work mostly in academia but also create diverse full-scale creative tools that turn academic insights into action. [3/4]

I started as a programmer, driven by a passion for societal impact. While creating serious games, I saw too many promising healthcare and education interventions fail to reach practice. This led me to design thinking—how can we bridge the gap between research and real-world change? [2/4]
