Thanks 🙂; there's no option to renew in the Membership portal and that's what confused me. The portal told me to contact membership to reactivate.

I've taken out new membership using the same details and it seems to have gone through. Had expected it to error, until your suggestion.

I want to rejoin but I've not heard back from your membership team in over six weeks emailing them about reactivating.. 😢
