So SCOTUS has given the executive free rein to destroy the lives of Americans via executive action until the constitutionality is decided upon by the same court. Without ability to do nationwide injunctions - by the time the order makes it to SCOTUS to review on constitutionality the damage is done

I pray this doesn’t happen - but I can only imagine the shit storm that will happen if the USMC deploys, Marines trained as infantry come dace to face with protestors, things get heated and shots get fired. I pray that we do not see another Kent State….

Funny how the GOP cheerlead the federal government bypassing normal process in order to create a crisis. These same people were screaming when the idea was presented to federalize the TX National Guard to circumvent Abbott’s ability to use them on the border. Rules for thee not for me
