He had his chance to leave yet signed the 5 year contract. Same with being named Captain, JT doesn't seem to have an issue speaking for the team to the media. It's crazy that not that long ago we were comparing McDavid to Austin. Conor's compete level is off the chart. Austin's is MIA.

To me it's clear the team has soured on the coach. 20 shots in the entire game and half came from John and Nick. I wonder how a coach like Rod Brind'Amour can get such respect from his team yet it feels like for the most part our guys just want to move on to the next guy.

Goaltending has improved between Joe and Dennis. Better overall defensively. Power Play is horrible what ever scheme they are using isn't working. (1-3-1)? Captain needs to turn it up a couple of notches

I think most Canadians realize the importance of getting product to market. Expanding the existing pipeline would be done faster and risk tankers in Northern BC.

@chebert18.bsky.social I for one would like to hear from our Prime Minister why the focus isn't on expanding the existing TMX pipeline, rather than building a new one. IMO this would support increased production, could be completed faster and de-risks the environmental impact to Northern BC.

The big push to buy the Gripen Fighter which is nice to see. Unfortunately while the Gripen is a very good fighter jet it is more comperible to the F16 then the F35. Given this plane needs to be in service for decades it's just not the right choice (as much as I want it to be)

We need something that will be combat effective for decades to come. I hope we can stop these political games and conclude on this important purchase.
