Agreed he thrives on chaos. But you can’t think he’s playing 5D chess. He’s barely aware of computers. But he’s very adept at leveraging uncertainty. Any breakdown of the economy or civil order will help him.

It’s definitely a thing in the US but bear in mind many of Trump’s attorneys are mediocre, and the judiciary is increasingly hollowed out.
