Competitive imbalance is why I have no interest in the big European leagues. It is why I went from avid follower of college sports to a disdainful disinterest. Garber wants MLS to be a star on the on the international stage. Competitive imbalance seems to be the cost of doing business.

But that required a non-compliant legislative branch. We foresaw our problem 236 years ago: "Ambition must be made to counteract ambition. The interest of the man must be connected with the constitutional rights of the place." Our legislature and judiciary do not care to protect their own rights.

Two thoughts based on His track record. First, who is going to say no. Second, even if that happens, who will enforce "no"? This is the problem, and I do not know where to find a solution.
