Horrific scenes from Sadiq Khan's Sharia law infested London 🎄

I think the resident doctors may find they have a stickier time on the picket lines this time. I want to see them pay restored but this just Max of greed to the general public when things are not ideal for anyone

Bloody awful events in Australia. But can somebody explain to me the logic in turning up remembrance events draped in the Israeli flag? I genuinely don't quite understand the logic of that

FIFA world cup ticket prices? Well knock me down with feather who would have thought that an organisation that did this.

After the Brexit referendum, I suggested it despite me being a very staunch remainer that it would be good to give farage a seat of the lords. He was after all the most effective politician of his age. Quite rightly they thought I was mad. But had we done it?. Farage would have been spiked

I'm just hoping that all those Faragists in Britain realise that one day they will find they have become Farages Marjorie Taylor Greene's..

I may just be feeling bleak on this grey dull day but I don't understand. I listen to Katya Adler tell us it's impossible for Europe to deal with Russia without the help of America. So can someone who persuaded us to spend all this money on nuclear weapons explain why we can't stand up to Russia

I don't know what it tells us but I sometimes like to come up with strange comparisons. Nvidia is the most valuable company in the world at $5 trillion. For each of us to have a share, it would be about $600 each. When US steel in 1925 was at around $2.5 billion, it would have been $1.25 each. hmm

I'm guessing that the FIFA will go for Russia next as a World cup venue. I mean if your whole purpose is to find increasingly unethical places to play the the competition they really did start by setting the bar too high over this And the last one.

Why is Fiona Bruce so scared of the right wingers on the panel. Zach cuts in on some nonsense from the Tory. "Let him answer" says Ms Bruce. Zia Yusuf repeatedly piles in on Daisy Cooper. It's like tumble weed from Fi.

Which sitting MP has appeared most often on question time? It's Nigel Farage of course. Even though he's he's only been an MP for 18 months

Trying to log into Apple TV where someone has logged in before and finding it almost impossible.. amongst the fury and frustration, there is one small redeeming pleasure. To know that Apple software despite what all its acolytes say is just as glitchy and rubbish as everybody else's

We really are in a dangerous place. Both American and British democracy are under attack from the most powerful man in the world. The media in both places are dishonest and distorting the reality of everything. Why on earth isn't our government looking at who owns the media and dealing with it?

Dawn Sturgis was a vulnerable woman living her not easy life in Salisbury. Anyone who thinks that Vladimir Putin is anything other than utter scum has something missing in their soul. As one of the people at her homeless shelter said" it always happens to the wrong people"

So patriot Harboune is giving £9m Described as a businessman, but is really actually someone who lives in Thailand went to public school Westminster And manipulated money to make money he has repeatedly given money to right wingers. Nice Man en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christo...

If you missed Emma Barnett having a conversation with Richard Tice this morning on the Today program on R4. I recommend you giving it 3 minutes of your time. She delivers everything I hoped for when she was appointed. Give it to the end. www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/...

It's all bad but hadn't seen the bit where Farage says:

"The European Union is the prototype for the New World Order."

That is a seriously, deeply problematic term that taps into Illuminati and antisemitic conspiracy theories.

How the fuck did this man direct the course of our politics?
We kept the receipts. These comments, taken together, paint a picture of the man he is today.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social Amazing there's a strike or demo, some right winger is totting up the cost to the economy. But cut off the water in Tunbridge Wells and it's treated like it's a natural occurrence. Inconvenient not very well dealt with but suddenly nobody seems to be out with the calculator.

Dear BBC my note to them this afternoon. What can you do but try to keep up some pressure.

Before the Tories starts up about Tulip Siddiq. Let's all just take a look at the first paragraph of the the government guidance on the judicial system in Bangladesh. And let's remember, this was written by a conservative government in 2023.

Nice to hear Alex Burghart mopping up for Kemi (never make a mistake) Badenoch who did say yesterday that taxes went up only for benefits. Then get a businessman on to suggest she did a bad thing (though not of course the thing that the Tories said she did) Thanks BBC Today Radio 4

Excellent!. So "My Party" have decided on a politburo instead of a leader. And that you can be a member of other parties and be a member of their party. What could possibly go wrong? Especially when the person who set it up was against both these policies.

@lewisgoodall.com I can't really believe you've been sucked into the. Did Rachel lie? question. There is a reason they really want to talk about that. It's because they don't want to talk about the budget. There's little for the Tories to hate except being kind to children & the left? Pretty happy
November 30, 2025 at 11:30 AM
There is a reason everybody is focusing on whether Rachel lied. It's so they can talk about anything other than the budget. Because with the exception of lifting children out of poverty, the Tories haven't got much. They can kick in this budget and even the left are feeling pretty good about it
