I didn’t see the mayor of Kitimat jumping for joy. Didn’t even crack a smile. Said there would be another town plebiscite, just like the one residents voted down before.

Sure it’s a bit shorter but anywhere on the west coast is shorter than most of our current options.

I’m definitely not an expert but all I see is Alberta bent on ideologically bitch slapping BC over perceived wrongs. That is not national building.

Can someone help me? I don’t disagree with building a pipeline but I can’t wrap my head around this ride or die mindset that it needs to go north. What are the benefits? Can’t we just use existing corridors?
