For both the 2010 and 2018 Cups, I was overseas and without home TV access... if not for the various fanzones set up in various places in Kyiv or the suburbs of Cairo, I'd not have seen a single match. This year, I have family or friends in every event city AND I have TV and I'm still not watching.

It's not just that foreigners won't come, it's increasingly that they aren't allowed to, which SHOULD trigger FIFA to relocate the event. But it won't.

My bad, the BAN is maybe only on 5...? the additional RESTRICTIONS are on like 20 more. Nice to know Microsoft's little widget is also untrustworthy for news. Still sucks.

It's a sign of something when someone is only three seasons removed from their draft class, the article is about them being signed by one squad from another squad's practice roster and the photo of said player is from yet another team. Finding the right home may be ... hoping for too much?
