Living well is the best revenge. Too much music and not enough time.

Too bad you don’t have data for 1979. They both moved considerably that year.

Thanks for the 411. Energy ETF seem to be a comparative bargain right now.

$55 WTI isn't a remedy for oilfield jobs either. Rig counts are way down and and this price they could take established rigs offline. A big part of the economy in some places.

This is a great, diverse playlist. Late 1979 is underrated.

Possibly the best instrumental arrangement of any Campbell song.

There's no way the data collection methods justify four significant digits.

It’s relatively cheap and is best “commodity” Mexican food in my opinion. Of course SoCal has hundreds of more authentic options.

Whatever your favorite they’re both excellent pop songs.

When we lived in Escondido, Canes was shared an entrance with In N Out. Talk about bad traffic. I would drive by both and go to Del Taco.

He ended up working in the chemistry? department at Vanderbilt. Knight’s version had better arrangements for sure but Carl sang it better. In my opinion anyway.

The reason why Bernie lost wasn't superdelegates or a rigged electiion - he had very low support with black voters, particluarly black women and you need this demographic to win the nomination. Same thing happened in 2020.

One of the primary reasons she lost was because the Bernie Bros were bitter, sore losers. "There's no difference between Hillary and Trump, I'm voting for Jill Stein!" "The primary was rigged!". PA, MI, WI were close enough that this made the difference.

The lines at Canes will die down eventually. This happens pretty much anywhere they open a new store. Same with In N Out and Dutch Bros. Not sure why these stores get so much attention but whoever is doing the marketing earns their salary.

The natural trajectory of crypto should be about the same as digital images of monkeys. If it went to zero it would make some people poorer but for the vast majority of people life would move forward. But DJT and fam have so much wealth in this that they could do something very bad in desperation.

I remember the Michigan 0-1-0 September 10 1977 t shirts that they were selling - Moeller's first game.

I remember sitting in a cold and empty East Balcony getting worked hard by Indiana in November 1979. Last home game of the "Moeller Era". Who could guess what the next few years would bring. Exciting and fun times - RIP.

Such a fun, simple song.

And the NFL is designed for parity. It’s really hard to be bad for an extended timeframe.
