I drove to Waukegan yesterday afternoon to see John Cleese. He introduced Monty Python and the Holy Grail, we watched the entire film, and then he did a fun Q&A session afterwards. Then I drove home. Crazy but totally worth it. As an added bonus, the Genesee Theater in Waukegan is beautiful.

I put two of my bird feeders out a couple weeks ago. A blue jay was enjoying them this morning. The female cardinal showed up this afternoon.
