Randomly get better? That would have been an incredible coincidence. Desperate? No, I only speak as I find, it worked for me. Expensive? Less than the price of a cheap 2nd hand car or a new sofa to get your life back after 10 years of absolute misery, that’s a price worth paying.

My recommendation is the Lightning Process. 10 yrs of CFS misery ended by this programme of NLP. One doesn’t get or have CFS (a passive recipient), one does it. By changing those words in your mind, you automatically acquire control over symptoms. Then all you need is the technique.

Unfortunately mainstream media here (Murdoch), especially the BBC, are nakedly right wing, give Reform (as UKIP is now known) huge coverage despite having only 5 MPs. Lenient, matey interviews of Farage dominate our screens, newspapers (except the Guardian) fail to dissect his populist agenda.
