The aim of a housing policy in a decent society should be to provide housing for people currently unable to get adequate housing currently.

A lot of the professional team from Crossrail went on to London Bridge Station. I was one of the. Many then went to HS2. I didn't, I retired. In fact, project team members moving on before the end of a project can be a major problem in finishing that project.
