The one thing I was missing from my collection was decent inflight images of LEO's. That changed recently. Two great passes by the female, in lovely, evening light. Even better, when she is carrying a freshly caught vole.

Its weird, I have been fortunate to photograph fox cubs, up close and personal a lot. That rush when a cub gets bigger in the viewfinder, doesn't go away. It really is a privilege to photograph these stunning little mammals. For Fox's sake, keep the ban. #foxoftheday #foxfriday #mammals #nature

New Fox behaviour seen recently. Initially I thought the Vixen was bringing me a dead cub, thankfully, she put it down, the cub leapt into life after a couple of seconds. Fox cubs play dead when being moved by mum.
