The problem with most pitch critiques is that they don't recognize that there is one pitch for investors and one pitch for customers. Any pitch can be destroyed if you judge it on the alternate target.

Apparently we are going to use the the term "agent", an already ridiculously overloaded term, for the defining technology of 2025.

There are 5 startup events that my co-founder and I are deciding between in Seattle today, which would be SF-great, except that there is only one other interesting event this week… who is going to run the Seattle Startup @lu.ma calendar?

This is the way.
“Don’t feed the trolls” also extends to bad opinion pieces in papers of record.

They run them bc people react to them the most.

If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.

It’s not easy and takes constant practice!

Love this meta-work. It’s a sign of a very healthy developer eco-system. This is what happens when open platforms and protocols are getting traction.
I'm launching a new website: sdk.blue - a list of all libraries/SDKs for building things on #ATProto, grouped by language 🙂

If I forgot anything important, or you have an ATProto/Bluesky library that you think would be a good fit there (or if I should remove anything), please send me a PR :) #atdev

I need AWS to get on @bsky.app so I can complain to them about the AWS SAM linter... good vibes are great and all, but naming and shaming corporates on socials for better support is critical to our post-industrial society!

If wafer-scale Memristors become viable, we could have on-device LLMs with no idle power requirement that meaningfully contain the sum of human knowledge. It could be the turning point for 1. neural interfaces, 2. robotics, 3. education. 4. User experience pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/...
