Medical students and residents learn formulaic ways of conducting consultations. But in reality these can often develop in multiple directions, and be more like freeform jazz than line dancing. How do we teach this?

I gave up trying to delete my account as it was so difficult. So I changed my profile to say "I never use LinkedIn." They still send me career updates on people I don't recall ever knowing but at least it's easy to delete these.

Does anyone want an old church pedal organ and a red three-seater sofa? No I didn't think so.

But they're free to anyone who can pick them up from a storage unit in Rhyl, North Wales. Can't get rid of them for love or money but very sad about this.

(I bought the organ in Llanrwst for £1 in 1970)

Possibly the Greek junta. (Although indirectly the Turkish invasion of Cyprus played a part.) But the US may be unique as a case of fascism arising in a mature and pluralistic democracy, so who can predict?
