A gorilla on a pole approx 8ft in the air. It was clad in a suit of chainmail with a union jack draped around it. It is now wearing a giant banana costume.

Tonight for fun, I dismantled a 4Tb hard drive. It had 5 platters instead of the 4 I assumed it would have.
A dismantled hard drive with all the components laid out. 5 silver disk platters, a black base, a silver lid, 4 platter spacers, a platter locking disc, read heads assembly with ribbon, two magnets a PCB and a pile of about 30 screws.

The 20 year jigsaw.

We are moving house soon, so packing up room by room. Came across this Dr Who jigsaw I'd started with my son and then packed away, never finished. The TARDIS was completed around 20 years ago - the puzzle is ©2004! This is the first time the entire puzzle has been completed. 😂

Was up in Beverley at the weekend. Beverley Minster is quite the spectacle.

One of the largest churches in the UK and larger than a third of the UK's cathedrals.

The twin Gothic towers were the inspiration for Westminster Abbey's towers.
