Find something I actually really enjoy that is “moderate”/“vigorous” (i.e. not walking or gentle yoga) and then do it a lot.

YMMV. I know some people just don’t enjoy any form of exercise.

Someone I know also got a personal trainer a few days a week and that has worked really well.
