True. But most of the time it does. And sometimes there IS a conspiracy! Isn't reality fun? And complicated :)

The same reason my friend wants to become automatic tester without ever learning how to write automatic tests. He wants perceived perks associated with the position (including more money and bragging rights) without actually wanting to work for it.

Worker protections and better pay. And less cars crowding the streets. That's the benefit of classic taxi companies.

We don't use auto-correct in this household. Not after the incident when my sister had to ask my mother "Did you forget your glasses or are you having a stroke? Should I call an ambulance?"

Word of the day is Kremlinology:trying to find out how a "black box" system works based on the outputs to produce good results/evade bad results. Russian anecdote: a scientist in USSR is trying to not get his work censored. So he speaks to other scientists trying to find out what got them censored.

Either don't do shady and shitty stuff or, if you do shady and shitty stuff, try not to get caught and leave evidence everywhere. Its "teenager's night out" rule. Either don't let your parents find out what you did last night or don't do stupid, inexcusable shit.
