Deeply disappointed in these senators for ending the shutdown without real accountability. They betrayed the Democratic Party’s principles and the people who trusted them. Shaheen, Durbin, Kaine, Hassan, King, Rosen, Cortez Masto, and Fetterman—democracy deserves courage, not cowardice.
