pro tip: When you're writing a first draft, feel free to skip over entire chapters. Just keep the cursor moving, no matter what.
(It's hard to tell from the image, but I just wrote short descriptions of what text should go in the bulk of ch. 2, instead of actual content.)

I should be writing, but it's bothering me that the page I'm working on isn't aligned to the screen.
So I think I'll work on a Word macro to align the top of the page with the top of the window instead.
