I think we should retcon this to be the start of Space: 1999 (which probably always should have been a comedy anyway).

I wanted to start small on an emulator so I bought what was well reviewed, handled consoles/handhelds up through the PS1/Gameboy Advance era, cost approx $50, and I could get shipped from a US warehouse so I wasn't going to have surprise tariffs. The Anbernic RG35XX H hit all of those bullet points.

Just finished Four Thousand Weeks by Oliver Burkeman and it's an antidote to a lifetime spent on Getting Things Done and an endless cycle of trying to do *waves hand* everything.
